I had the pleasure of visiting with a researcher who documents things that amputees do and specifically documents how technology helps them do more.
It was scheduled to be an hour long interview and it ran a little over 90 minutes. It appears that my efforts to help others do more caught his attention.
It's interesting to me that even a researcher in the prosthetics field is to some extent unaware of how much an amputee can accomplish to live a more full life.
It will be interesting to read his upcoming article that features some specific products but also highlights the things I do as a routine part of my life.
I'm happy to share these things with anyone who wishes to know my "secrets" (actually not secrets at all but rather just little "hacks" I've developed over the past 60 years.
